I’m trying to check out GTA San Andreas but I can’t get the mouse to work consistently. I am using windows 10, and I knew the old fix to this via task manager but a windows update changed the manager. How do I get my mouse to work properly?

Simply deleting the ImgLimitAdjuster the mod comes with doesn't work either. Doing that allows the game to open, but crashes during the load screen. I've looked almost everywhere for a way to fix this problem and I can think of only 2 solutions at this point. Either 1: Use a pirated copy of the game.
